" 7 Condition Is Not Recommended For Drinking "



Did you know there are 7 times that we are not encouraged to drink water. If possible, you try to avoid. what is the main reason for not encouraged to drink at these hours? the reason is to protect your body to always be at their best.





1. Once waking up. But you are encouraged to drink plain water once before breakfast.

2. After coming out of the shower or toilet.

3. After eating the fruit.

4. After exercising, jogging or doing heavy work. If you want to drink no, wait a little while. Or rest for a while, then I took it to drink (I got very situation you time nie).


5. In the middle of a meal.
Glad to say, try to avoid eating and drinking at the same time. According to what people say, this is a habit that resulted in bloated stomach.

6. Before or after meals.
But you can drink well within 30 minutes before a meal or 30 minutes after eating.

7. After having sexual intercourse with a partner.
